PRICING
If you would like to request images for your
advertising, editorial or corporate business needs we have outlined
below how rights-managed image prices are calculated.
HOW TO ORDER IMAGES
Please complete our online PHOTO
QUOTE REQUEST FORM with the following important
information.
image number(s), deadline (dd/mm/yy),
required size in pixels, required resolution (dpi), required
format (jpg, tiff, psd), media (brochure, magazine, annual report
etc.), usage (advertising, editorial, corporate), placement (print,
web, inside, front, back cover), geographical distribution (local,
regional, national, international, worldwide), location (town,
city, state, country, continent), image size (1/4 page, 1/2 page,
full page), insertions/uses (once, twice, daily, weekly, etc.),
circulation/print-run (e.g. 5000 brochures), length license required
(days, weeks, months), start date (dd/mm/yy), end date (dd/mm/yy),
end client (full company name, contact person, address, phone,
email), description of use, your budget, delivery preference,
(via air-mail, via email, via FTP), usage type required: (Note:
with royalty-free use your competition could be using the same
image(s) as you do) additional information, and your company & contact
details.
IMAGE FORMATS
Most of our photographs are digital, some are
35mm slides & a few negatives. We will not ship original slides
or negatives instead we supply digital files with the following
specifications:
- Resolution: up to 5120 x 3413 pixels @ 300dpi
for print
- Format: TIFF, JPEG, PSD
- Colour Profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
RIGHTS-MANAGED IMAGE PRICING CRITERIA
The cost of an image depends on the intended use
and thus the following criteria come into price calculation

days, weeks, months etc. |
PAYMENT
All transactions will be processed via PayPal.
You will receive an invoice via email with instructions. It is
not necessary to have an account with PayPal and all major credit
cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX etc.) are accepted on their secure
servers.
